All-new Atkins Diet

Many years ago, the original high protein Atkins diet was the most popular of the celebrity diets with celebrity dieters including Jennifer Aniston and Renee Zellweger.

The idea behind this celebrity diet is if carbohydrates are limited the body turns to excess fat to burn as its energy source, resulting in fast weight loss.

However after heart disease and high cholesterol stories the original Atkins diet faded. Now Atkins is back with a new improved version and more varied menu. Healthy carbs like wholegrain bread, brown rice, pasta and fruit are included. Recommended protein choices are grilled chicken, lean meats and fish.
