Blood group diet

Martine McCutcheon is said to have got to a size 10 on this diet. The theory is that your blood type affects how you absorb nutrients. Creator Dr Peter D’Adamo suggests if we eat foods suitable for our blood type the body will digest more effectively resulting in weight loss. Blood Group O suit meat, group A veggie foods and Groups B and AB can eat varied diets.
