Liz Hurley is a fan of this celebrity diet of one meal a day. She apparently followed htis disciplined diet which allows only one full meal a day in order to shift her baby weight. You can eat whichever meal a day y choose, whether it be breakfast, lunch or an evening meal.

Brooke Shields ha also followed this celeb diet and is said to admit to eating one meal a day as did Ashton Kutcher prior to filming his 2009 movie Spread.

Also known as the Caveman Diet, it is an echo back to the Stone Age when cavemen ate only one meal a day. For the caveman diet, ensure that your main meal of the day is a balance of protein, carbs and vegetables. Takg your main meal as the evening meal is the most popular way fo folowig this celebrity diet.

Organic Food Diet

Some of the biggest Hollywood stars are avid fans of organic food and eco-friendly lifestyles.

Alicia Silverstone is appaently a strict vegan who aviods any food from an animal source including even milk and honey. She repotedly has an organic veggie garden to source her veggie reqruiements!
