Breakfast: portion pot of sugar puffs with milk from your daily allowance plus 100 g of fresh fruit

Two egg omelette using milk from your allowance filled with low-fat cheese with four cherry tomatoes

Mid morning snack: choose from a list of power snacks

Lunch: wholegrain roll with extra-light mayonnaise and 50 g of tuna with sliced cucumber

OR

Large salad with 100 g salmon steak plus extra-light mayonnaise

OR

One pouch of Solo Slim soup with one Rosemary Conley nutrition bar

Mid afternoon snack: choose from the range of powers snacks

Dinner: steak and kidney pie with carrots and broccoli

OR

One pouch Solo Slim butternut squash soup with one pouch Solo Slim three bean casserole plus a large mixed salad

One pouch Solo Slim beef casserole with 100 g of broccoli plus one pouch Solo Slim soup
