Pros and cons of the F Plan Diet
The F plan diet is a popular high fibre diet created by Audrey Eyton but what are the pros and cons of the F plan diet?
The benefits include weight loss initially then continuing for the long term. In addition there are plenty of health benefits by following the F plan diet.
And the drawbacks?
The main problem is wind! This is due to the high fibre content of the diet however this is a small price to pay for be benefits gained from following the F-plan diet. Fortunately it is also a short-lived issue as your body will adapt to the increased fibre intake.

- Requirement to drink plenty of liquids to avoid constipation
- Could be argued it contains insufficient protein
- Difficult to get hold of the original print of the F plan diet book
